We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
What is the standard shipping time for orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our roastery.
Do you offer coffee in different grind sizes?
Yes, we offer various grind options including Whole Bean, Drip, Espresso, and French Press to suit your specific brewing method.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.
