Due to the perishable nature of our fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee, but we are committed to ensuring you love every brew. If you are unsatisfied with your order or received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team with your order number and a brief description of the issue regarding your coffee or brewing gear.
- 2.Verify Purchase
Provide a photo of the packaging and the roast date for quality control purposes if you encountered a defect or shipping damage.
- 3.Return Shipping
For non-perishable items like mugs or drippers, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the unused product in its original packaging.
- 4.Resolution
Once your request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bag of coffee immediately.
